How can I pay for my move?

We accept cash or credit card, or debit card payments at the time the move is complete.  Credit card and debit card payments will be accepted through a Clover device – you will have the option of having your receipt printed right there on site, texted to you, or emailed to you.  

What if I need to cancel my move?

We understand that life happens.  Moving can already be a drag, and the last thing we want to do is make that any worse.  If you have to cancel, we get it.  Our request is that you let us know as soon as possible.  Since we do not require a deposit to book your move, it’s a simple as a phone call to cancel your services.

Do you have boxes and other packing supplies?

We conveniently have available to you for purchase a full range box store.  Any and everything you may need to pack your belongings – whether a home or office or something in between, we’ve got you covered.  Our supplies are available to you whether we pack your or not!   

Can you move loose items?

 We will happily move loose items for you.  We are pretty darn good at keeping everything organized and streamlined, so it’s no problem how you’ve prepared for us.  The more packed you are, the faster we will be, but we will happily help you regardless.  

What should I do when the movers are working?

First things first: relax!  You’ve just spent lots of time deciding to move, getting ready to move, finding a new place.. that’s a lot of work!  Let us take over for a bit.  You’re in good hands!  Whether you decide to take a nap or to replay last night’s playoff game, the Third Coast crew will support your needs.

Can I request more than one stop on my move?

You can request anything you want.  Want us to stop so you can have lunch? Okay, as long as we can sit with you!  Need us to go to three different storage rooms for three different pieces of furniture before stopping at your new home? Okay, as long as you keep a smile on your face!  We’re super, super flexible.  Whatever you need, we will do for you.  

If I’m moving from Houston to another city, do you still not charge a trip charge?

That’s correct!  We do not charge a trip charge.  Ever.  Just a flat, hourly rate and call it a day!

Is there anything you can’t or won’t do?

Unfortunately, yes.  We cannot move any type of gasoline or propane, or anything else deemed hazardous materials.  Also, we will not move firearms, loose jewelry, or loose money.  If you are wondering about a particular item, just ask us!  We’ll let you know if we can or cannot help you, and if we cannot help you, we are happy to help you figure out how to get you what you need.  

Should I tip?

While our hard working movers greatly appreciate any tip you would like to provide, you are in no way obligated to do so.  If you are happy with your service and would like to show that by way of tipping, please feel free. ​
